Ways to Ruck
Traditional military “rucks” involve walking long distances while wearing heavy rucksacks. While inspired by these impressive feats, Ruck Cancer is meant to be accessible and adaptable, so feel free to get creative with how you show up. The goal is to add some amount of incremental weight to your body to make the movement just a bit more challenging. How much you add is up to you.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
Bring your own weight vest (there are plenty of options online).
Throw some dumbbells or jugs of water into a backpack.
Load yourself up with ankle or wrist weights.
Wear your child on your chest or back in a carrier.
